How does the online boiler quote work?

Simply answer a few qualifying questions. We will then provide you with a fixed quote instantly. We’ll then be in touch with you to discuss your installation in a little more detail. We may also ask for photos, video or a site inspection on some occasions.

Can I book a quote and site inspection in person?

Absolutely. If you would prefer us to visit the property and advice you on your boiler then please just book and appointment with us by following the link here.

When can you install my boiler?

We prioritise boiler installations as we don’t want our customers to suffer too long without heating and hot water. We also have a number of engineers so we’re generally very flexible and can install the very next day on most occasions. We will confirm availability before you book the job.

What do I need to prepare before the boiler installation?

If you could clear the general area where the boiler is positioned that would be very helpful for the engineer. Also if you could identify where your gas meter and stop cock for the property is that would be great. Please don't worry if you don’t know, the engineer will help locate it.

Do I need to purchase anything beforehand?

No, we will provide everything that is required to complete the job, unless you request otherwise.

How long does a boiler installation take?

A combination boiler will be installed within the day. Other more complex systems can take 2-3 days.

How will I know how to operate my new boiler? 

Our engineers will explain in detail what is required to operate your new boiler and controls.

Do you remove the old boiler from the property?

Yes we dispose of your old boiler. It’s taken to the metal merchants where it’s stripped down and the components can be recycled.

What paperwork should I expect with a boiler installation?

All our paper work is carried out digitally. You will receive a fixed quote before the job via email. Once the job is completed you will receive a building regulations notice which certifies the boiler has been installed by a registered Gas Safe company (Flush Plumbing and Heating Ltd). You will also receive the warranty for the boiler via email, along with all the paperwork.

How do I pay for the job or quote?

For boiler installations we provide a fixed quote. Once the quote is accepted we request a deposit (50%) which can be paid either via bank transfer, Paypal, or online card payment. The remaining balance is only requested once the job is completed and app paperwork is received by the customer.
