Free well-detailed quotations are provided for all central heating and boiler installations.

PAYMENT
Payment will never be asked for upfront, and instead can be made on completion either by card on-site or later via BACS, and we also accept cash if preferred. We accept all major credit and debit cards including American Express and provide full invoices on completion.
For all of you who benefit from an American Express card, you can now get points for plumbing!! We happily accept Amex for our works and it means you can turn your pipework problems into points.
GUARANTEE
We strive to ensure all work is done to the highest possible standards. However, should a fault occur, for peace of mind we do provide a guarantee on all labour and parts for 12 months. We also provide a detailed invoice on each job, with a breakdown of all parts, so customers can reference this should a fault occur. COMPLAINTS
Where we cannot resolve any complaints using our own complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted trader we use Dispute Resolution Ombudsman for dispute resolution. We occasionally use subcontractors to help during busy periods. All subcontractors have been heavily vetted and abide by ours and Which's trusted traders Code of Conduct, this ensures all work is carried out in the most professional manner.

We define Central London as the area within the TFL Congestion Charge zone.
We accept all major debit/credit cards. Payment is not necessary until the job is complete.
